My name is Paulina Almazan, and I am proud to be one of the founders of A and G Freight Logistics.

The inspiration behind our Trucking business venture really stems from witnessing the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on a global scale.  As we observed the scarcity of essential items such as food, medicines, and equipment, it ignited a deep drive and passion within us to make a difference. This inspired us to establish our Trucking company with a clear mission in mind: to become an integral part of the backbone that will keep America moving forward.

Growing up, I had dreams of becoming a nurse, but life's circumstances demanded that I support my family in the Philippines at a very young age. I hustled and worked tirelessly to provide for them, even experiencing moments of homelessness in San Francisco. These experiences shaped our team's foundation, instilling in us the values of hard work and resilience. We knew that we could set a higher standard in the trucking industry by embracing these values.

Entering what may seem like a male-dominated industry may be daunting, but the courage comes from the knowledge that our efforts are helping people and making a positive impact. Trucking, in a way, fulfills my dream of being a nurse – it allows us to serve communities through the transportation industry.

Our hope is that through our business, we can inspire others who have faced hardships in life. We want to show them that dedication and perseverance can lead to success, no matter the challenges. Despite the current uncertainties in the trucking market and economic weather, we remain steadfast in our commitment to fulfill our dream of making a significant impact in our community.
